3. MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any cause of action with respect to this Agreement and your rights and obligations must be filed in the County of Santa Clara, State of California within one year after the cause of action, otherwise the cause shall be barred.
